What is the Shipping Policy?
Shipping Addresses in the USA
Your order will be shipped to you via United States Postal Service First Class Mail unless you specify Priority Mail or Express Mail. USPS delivers to PO Boxes, as well as street addresses. Please give us either a complete street address (including Apartment number) or complete PO Box address, not both. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Some packages may arrive sooner or later than specified. Delivery is not available on Sundays or Holidays. Blue Hill Naturals does not provide next day delivery.
International Orders
Make payment in U.S. dollars only. No foreign currency, checks, or money orders are accepted. In addition, when placing an international order, the purchaser incurs all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Standard First Class Mail (USA)
Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Priority Mail (USA): Allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery.
Express Mail (USA): Allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.
International shipping: Allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.
Holidays
Blue Hill Naturals is closed and does not ship on Federal Holidays.

What is the Return Policy?
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, simply return your purchase(s) within 60 days for a refund of purchase price (less S&H). Returns received after 75 days will be destroyed and you will receive a letter stating that the return was received after the valid timeframe, no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
When you decide you would really rather have a different product than the one you ordered, just return the original item within the 60-day refund policy timeframe. A refund will be processed for that item and you can place a new order for the item you want.
How to Return Products
Return empty and/or unused product and be sure to enclose a copy of your order invoice or a note that states your order number, name and address. Your refund will be made according to the payment method of your original order. If you paid by credit/debit card a credit will be processed to your account. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check in the mail. If your credit card or address has changed since your original order was processed, please include those changes in your note.
